Ordering
1. Email us princessypixie@gmail.com with the following details:
- Item Name or Item Number
- All other details
- Price

Note: The above information provided by youself will be kept Private and Confidential and is strictly used for order processing purposes. Please ensure that information provided is accurate, we are not responsible for any lost mails due to incorrect information

2. We will send you an order confirmation.
Note: Items are sold based on First-Come-First-Serve basis.

3. Kindly make payment within 48 hours and email the following details to princessypixie@gmail.com:
- Bank Type, Date of Payment, Amount Paid
- Shipping address
- Contact Number

4. Orders will be mailed out within 3 working days (unless otherwise stated) once payment has been received.

Payment
* Only DBS/POSB Bank Transfer
* Banking details will be provided once order is confirmed.
* Orders will be cancelled and item will be release for sale if payment is not made within 48 hours.

Price
* All prices stated are in Singapore Dollars and is not inclusive of postage charges unless otherwise stated.
* We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice. However this is not applicable to items that is sold or reserved.

Local Postage Charges and Packaging
* All items are checked and carefully wrapped before mailing.
* All items will be posted by normal mail however we are not responsible for any lost mails.
* For enquires on overseas postage charges, please email us at princessypixie@gmail.com
* For delivery via Registered Mail, it will be an additional S$2.20.

Refund and Exchange Policy
* Goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
